1. Our Commitment to Safety
JatJodi is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all users. This Safety Policy outlines the rules every user must follow, how we handle reports of misconduct, and how we protect our community.
2. Who Can Use JatJodi
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use JatJodi
- You must be a real person — fake, bot, or impersonation accounts are strictly prohibited
- You must provide accurate information about yourself
- You may only have one active account
3. Prohibited Behaviour
Harassment & Abuse
- Sending threatening, abusive, or hateful messages to any user
- Bullying, intimidating, or persistently messaging someone who has not responded
- Using offensive, discriminatory, or sexually explicit language without consent
Fake Profiles & Scams
- Creating a profile with someone else's photos or identity
- Misrepresenting your age, location, or personal details
- Using JatJodi to scam, defraud, or financially exploit other users
- Asking other users for money under any circumstances
Inappropriate Content
- Uploading sexually explicit, nude, or graphic photos
- Sharing violent, disturbing, or hateful images
- Posting content that promotes self-harm or suicide
Spam & Solicitation
- Sending unsolicited promotional messages or advertisements
- Recruiting users for other platforms or services
- Sharing links to external websites without the user's consent
Illegal Activity
- Using JatJodi to facilitate any illegal activity
- Sharing content that violates any applicable law
- Attempting to access other users' accounts without authorisation
4. How to Report a User
If another user makes you feel unsafe or violates this policy:
- Go to their profile
- Tap the Report button
- Select the reason for your report
- Submit — our team will review it
You can also block any user at any time. Blocking prevents them from seeing your profile or contacting you. Reports are confidential — the reported user will not be told who reported them.
5. How We Handle Reports
When a report is submitted:
- Our team reviews the report and the reported user's activity
- Action is taken within a reasonable timeframe
- Depending on the severity: a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban
- Serious violations (threats, illegal content, scams) result in immediate permanent removal
- Repeated violations result in a permanent ban
6. Zero Tolerance
The following result in an immediate and permanent ban with no appeal:
- Sexual content involving minors in any form
- Threats of violence or harm to any person
- Sharing another person's private information without consent (doxxing)
- Using JatJodi to solicit or facilitate sex work
- Impersonating JatJodi staff or moderators
7. Profile & Photo Guidelines
Your profile must:
- Use real photos of yourself — no group photos as your main photo, no filters that disguise your appearance significantly
- Reflect your true age, gender, and identity
- Not contain contact information (phone numbers, social media handles, emails) in your bio or photos
Photos flagged by users or our moderation team will be removed. Repeated violations will result in account suspension.
8. Meeting in Person
If you choose to meet someone from JatJodi in person, we strongly recommend:
- Meeting in a public place for the first time
- Telling a friend or family member where you are going
- Arranging your own transportation — do not rely on the other person
- Trusting your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave
- Never sharing your home address with someone you have just met
JatJodi is not responsible for interactions that occur outside the app. Please exercise caution and good judgement.
9. Mental Health & Wellbeing
If you or someone you know is in crisis, please reach out to a local helpline or emergency services. JatJodi is a social app and is not a substitute for professional mental health support.
10. Underage Users
JatJodi is strictly 18+. If you believe a user is under 18, report their profile immediately using the in-app report button. We will investigate and remove the account if confirmed.
11. Data & Privacy
We will never ask for your password. JatJodi staff will never contact you asking for personal financial information. If you receive such a message from someone claiming to be JatJodi, report it immediately. For full details on how we handle your data, please read our Privacy Policy.
12. Enforcement & Appeals
Users who believe their account was suspended or banned in error may contact us at ansinghapps@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Appeal". We will review the case and respond within 7 business days. JatJodi reserves the right to make final decisions on all enforcement actions.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Safety Policy from time to time. Continued use of JatJodi after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy. Significant changes will be communicated via the app.
