Phone Verification: A valid phone number is required to register. Your phone number is verified via SMS and stored securely. It is used solely for identity verification and account security — it is never visible to other users.
You agree to use JatJodi only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

You retain ownership of the content you post on JatJodi (photos, bio, messages). By posting content, you grant JatJodi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You warrant that:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.
JatJodi offers optional paid features including Premium subscriptions and Super Like packs. All purchases are processed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. By making a purchase you agree to their respective terms.
Your use of JatJodi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
All content within JatJodi — including the app design, logo, branding, text, graphics, and software — is the property of JatJodi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
JatJodi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JatJodi and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or our Safety Policy.
You may delete your account at any time via Profile > Settings > Delete Profile. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (or the jurisdiction in which JatJodi operates), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via the App or by email. Continued use of JatJodi after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
