1. Our Commitment
JatJodi has a zero-tolerance stance against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Protecting minors is a non-negotiable priority. This page describes the standards we hold ourselves and our users to, the steps we take to prevent CSAE, and how anyone — users, parents, guardians, or members of the public — can report a concern to us.
2. Strict Age Requirement
JatJodi is an app for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use any feature of the service. No exceptions.
- Every account must verify a phone number or email at signup.
- Every user must confirm their date of birth, and accounts that misrepresent age are removed.
- Profiles where photos or any other signal indicates the user is under 18 are removed without warning, and the account is permanently banned.
3. Prohibited Conduct & Content
The following are absolutely forbidden on JatJodi and result in immediate, permanent removal and reporting to law enforcement where applicable:
- Any sexual content involving a minor (anyone under 18), including images, videos, drawings, animations, or text.
- Sexualised depictions of minors in any form, real or fictional.
- Grooming behaviour — attempting to build trust with a minor for sexual purposes, on or off the platform.
- Sextortion or coerced sexual content involving minors.
- Solicitation, sharing, or trade of CSAM through any means, including private messages.
- Linking to or promoting CSAM or any child-exploitation material hosted on other platforms.
- Impersonating a minor, or claiming to be an adult while being under 18.
4. How to Report Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter content, a profile, or a message on JatJodi that you believe involves or harms a minor, report it to us immediately. We treat every child-safety report as the highest-priority case.
In-App Reporting
- Open the profile of the user you wish to report.
- Tap the Report button.
- Select Underage (for suspected minors) or Inappropriate content (for CSAM or sexualised content involving minors). Other reasons are also available.
- Submit. Our team is alerted immediately.
You can also block the user, which prevents them from seeing your profile or contacting you, while we investigate the report.
Email Reporting
If you cannot use the in-app report flow, or if you are not a JatJodi user (for example, a parent, guardian, or member of the public), email ansinghapps@gmail.com with as much detail as you can safely provide. Use the subject line "Child Safety Report" so it is routed and reviewed urgently.
You do not need to attach copies of suspected CSAM — please do not. A description of where the content was seen (username, approximate time, type of content) is enough for our team to investigate.
5. How We Handle CSAE Reports
- Priority review. Reports involving minors or CSAM are escalated above all other moderation work and reviewed as quickly as possible.
- Account action. Confirmed violations result in immediate, permanent account removal. The user cannot appeal.
- Evidence preservation. Where required by law, we preserve the relevant data (account information, message metadata, content) for as long as needed to support an investigation by competent authorities.
- Reporting to authorities. Where we identify or are made aware of CSAM, we report to the appropriate authority, including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required under U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) for content accessible to U.S. users, and to the equivalent national authority in any other jurisdiction where the content originates or is accessible.
- Cooperation with law enforcement. We cooperate fully with valid legal requests from law enforcement investigating child exploitation, in line with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
6. Detection & Prevention
We combine user reporting, manual review, and automated signals to keep CSAE off JatJodi:
- All profile photos are subject to review and removal at any time. Photos flagged by users or our moderation team are removed pending investigation.
- Profiles where age, photos, or behavioural signals suggest the user is under 18 are removed proactively.
- Accounts permanently banned for child-safety violations are blocked from re-registering on the same device or with the same identifiers, where technically feasible.
- We periodically review our practices and update this page when our processes change.

This contact is monitored for urgent child-safety matters and is the channel we use to respond to inquiries from users, the public, NCMEC, law enforcement, and Google Play.
8. Compliance with Applicable Law
JatJodi complies with all applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where the app is offered, including but not limited to:
- United States: 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (mandatory reporting of CSAM to NCMEC), the PROTECT Act, and related federal and state law.
- India: the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder.
- European Union and United Kingdom: the Digital Services Act and equivalent national law where applicable.
This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. We comply with the requirements of each jurisdiction in which the app is made available.
9. Changes to These Standards
We may update these Child Safety Standards as our practices evolve, as new tools become available, or as the legal landscape changes. The Effective Date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was published. Material changes will be summarised here.
